AI Enablement is my work helping the people at Automattic, a fully distributed company, learn to build with AI.

In practice that means hands-on cohorts that take engineers and non-engineers from curious to capable, office hours and workshops, and the internal tooling and guidance that make AI a normal part of how teams work.
