AI Enablement is a program run by AI Lab, the team I lead at Automattic. We help people across the fully distributed company learn to build and work with AI.

In practice that means hands-on cohorts that take engineers and non-engineers from curious to capable, office hours and workshops, and the internal tooling and guidance that make AI a normal part of how teams work.
