About Me
Hi, I’m Em, Head of Internal AI at Automattic, where I lead AI Lab. My team builds internal tools, explores new tools and workflows, and runs AI Enablement programs to help people across the company put AI to work. Before that, fifteen years as a software engineer here, on WordPress.com, WooCommerce, Tumblr, and Pocket Casts.
I brew up interfaces and interactions that bridge the gap between how people naturally think and how technology works.
